In 1991 a new division (Management Development Centre) was formed to offer an MBA in Strategic Marketing in conjunction with The University of Hull.  MDC currently works with the University of Glamorgan to offer Masters level programmes to procurement professionals and accountants as well as the original stream of marketers.

The relationship with Hull university focused on the Middle East and a sister company (Management Development Centre International) took over this work.  Largely as a result of the success of this partnership the group was awarded the Queen’s Award for Export in 1999 (presented by the then prime minister Mr Tony Blair).

Also in 1994 Middle East Consultants was formed to deliver short course training and now is the exclusive Gulf agent for Achieve Global training products and courses.

Most of the staff in the group are employed in Castle Eden developing new web-based tools for marketing organisations whilst others manage the relationships with the different universities.
